Does spirituality require perfection?

If a person does not believe in spirituality but does all his duties in perfection, is He/She still a spiritual person?

Doing one’s duty – whether consciously spiritual or simply out of a sense of humanhood – doesn’t really play into whether a person is spiritual or not. Choosing what to do with the opportunity of performing duties, that’s where it comes to play. I believe every person is spiritual, but whether they choose to express it, or see it in others, is a personal decision.

Where do you stand on that?
